The Society for Protecting Working and Street Children asked to join the Read with Me project in May 2014. Read with Me accepted this request and started its activity by holding workshops for teachers and providing books for children with the financial support of a group of benefactors. 135 children aged 6-11 participate in the Reading Aloud sessions of this center. Khavaran Center is a branch of Molavi Society for Protecting Working and Street Children. It started its activity in August 2002 by official license of the Ministry of Interior. This center provides free training and support services for vulnerable working children, regardless of their nationality, ethnicity, gender, color, race and religion.
Khavaran center started its activity in collaboration with Tehran Municipality, to support district 15 vulnerable working children since October 2009.
