Sibilak is a black cat who is the main character of the “Learning Sounds” Package. #Sibilak goes around trying to find his voice and through his journey he helps #children to learn and pronounce sounds of phonemes. “Learning Sounds” package is a part of #literacy improvement program in Read With Me which has been well received by the bilingual first-graders in #Sistan_and_Balouchestan. These children in #Saravan have made a glove puppet of Sibilak with their local clothing. Sibilak brings his foreigner friend to the classroom, introducing him to local foods, clothing and their language.
