A Summertime Companion for Out of School Children
Taking the needs of out of school children in Zahedan Kousha Center into account, we found that summer is a great opportunity to hold reading aloud sessions for these children.
Hence, two Read with Me ambassadors were immediately sent to this center. In addition to training the teachers, these ambassadors are meant to hold sessions for 60 children, three times a week. In these sessions they will work with the Learning Farsi through Literature package. Reading its short stories along with related activities are among their plans. Nokhodi, the main character of this package, will be the little summertime companion of out of school children.
