Since then the librarians of this center have promoted reading among children and adolescents by holding Reading Aloud sessions and doing related activities. Once again in 2014 a collection of Read with Me selected books was sent to this library by one of benefactors. Read with Me project continues its work in this library.

In recent years the number of Khajeh Nafas Public Library members have increased from 130 to 300 who are between 3 to 12 years old. Most of the members are girls. About 215 girls and 95 boys – mostly aged 10 to 12 – borrow books from the library each month. They can keep the borrowed book for seven days and each member can borrow three books per week. Also each month, five Reading Aloud sessions are held by a librarian who has been trained specially for this purpose.
