In 2018, two elementary schools in Pere Kont built a small village library to strengthen children’s bond with books throughout the years. Teachers, students and locals cooperated in establishing this library.

Tayyebeh Library started with 400 books and received a library design package which was installed by school teachers.

Currently, students help run the library as teenage librarians and have access to quality books.
