Yar-e Mehrban Read with Me Library was established in September 2020, when the schools opened. This library is located at Rezvan Elementary School in Arak. It hosts more than 400 students from this center as well as students from nearby schools.

With its child-centered design and literacy-rich environment, this library has more than 1000 books. Kharman Kasraei has made this endeavor financially possible so that this library can serve the children of Arak.

The books, handbooks, activity sheets, library equipment, library design as well as the cooperation of the school principal has made the library a safe space full of literacy and joy.

It is worth noting that the school teachers have all participated in the “Children’s literature and read-aloud techniques” Read with Me online course and have been introduced to subjects such as children’s books and their importance, literature, picture books and illustrations, story elements, quality books and reading aloud.  This course was presented by Safura Zavaran, a Read with Me expert. It started on 24 November and ended with an online meeting on 10 December.
